Display Bases and Stands
This is our gorgeous granite display base. The laser etching shows up beautifully on the midnight black material. The granite contains glistening flecks, and the rest of the surface has a glossy sheen.
The tile can be engraved with the graphic of your choice, to make a
one-of-a-kind
showpiece that will be a perfect compliment to any model.
The tile is 12" x 12" and surrounded by a wooden frame which holds the tile securely. Frames
will be made from oak, and can be finished in a number of common woodtones, colored stain,
or painted.
The frame on the left was stained with
Golden Pecan, the right with a maple color
that has more of a reddish tone.
With design from ready-made graphic file: $85.
If a custom design is desired which requires the drawing up of a new graphic file, the cost will be slightly higher, depending on the complexity of the work.

Another product we're selling regularly is this clear acrylic display stand for the Polar Lights 1/350th Enterprise Refit or -A shuttle bay.
Different graphics are available. The stand sells for $18.95. Again, custom-made designs will cost extra.
This stand is also available in black acrylic, shown here in 3/8th inch thickness. Many other colors and thicknesses of acrylic are available by special order.
Colored acrylic sells at a slightly higher price, and total price depends on many factors. This stand in 3/8" black sells for $25.
An infinite variety of sizes and shapes can be cut from acrylic to make stands or base pieces for models.
Here are some examples of basic shapes. An acrylic upright for mounting the model can also be made, if desired.
We're also planning a wall-mount version of the basic round stand.
