Laser Engraved Decorative Items

Laser engraved items make terrific gifts! This year our acrylic boxes have been very popular for gift giving. We've sold many with custom designs and personalization. We build these boxes ourselves, but we can also buy any type of item with a laserable surface and engrave it with any one of hundreds of designs, or personalize just for you. These laser etched boxes and other items are just a few examples of the type of work we do. Many items currently on hand feature Celtic designs, but all items here can be engraved with any of our diverse designs, or your own graphic or hi-res photo. The designs below can also be used on many other types of decorative items, as long as they can be sized accurately. We can create or engrave any item for you, to your specifications, as long as it fits in the machine, and does not contain PVC. We can also create some kinds of jewelry. We can not currently engrave large images on extremely curved surfaces, such as some glassware, although we hope to acquire the equipment to do so in the near future. The overall designs on these boxes are very customizable.
Custom lettering in a HUGE variety of fonts is available at no extra cost!
Boxes can be made in 1/8" or 1/4" acrylic, in a variety of colors and transparencies.
Images can be bitmaps or vector art.
A slight extra charge will apply for working up totally
new designs or low-res photos.

Wood makes beautiful engraved boxes as well.

Here is a lovely music box made from 1/4" Baltic Birch. The lid is hinged and the mechanism set to play when opened. Mechanisms are available in a wide variety of tunes. Personalized images can be combined with many different types of detailing. Wooden Music Box, customized, $50

Here are some basic items cut from acrylic. Signs and holders can be
made in many shapes and sizes.
The business cards are made by engraving into special plastic or
paper to show a second color.

We designed several types of ornaments for the holiday season, besides these basic shapes. We also created many personal designs in the style pictured at right.

These are some we made for our friends at Starship Modeler, with LED Christmas lights behind them.

We have 1/4", 1/8", & 1/16" thicknesses in clear acrylic, and 1/8" in several translucent and transparent colors. The ornaments pictured here are all 1/4" clear. Most of the ones we've sold measure about 3" across and sell for around $10 each. We attach a gold cord for hanging. This basic shape can be used to make great decorations for other events besides Christmas. Made smaller, they make nice pendants.

This year we made use of several "reject" cuts as ornaments for ourselves....

We put designs inside the center of the large snowflake ornaments to personalize them.
If you look closely you can see the other two designs on the tree at the right, and how nicely the acrylic picks up the colored lights.
